A PhD Position in Clinical Lipidomics is available in the Metabolomics Unit at the Faculty of Biology and Medicine of the University of Lausanne. This position is related to an interdisciplinary project with a goal to draw a global and quantitative picture of the human plasma lipidome using a longitudinal study of clinically well-characterized Lausanne population (https://www.colaus-psycolaus.ch/) and the state-of-the-art lipidomic approaches. The focus is on the characterization of sex differences in lipid metabolism with reproductive aging (i.e., hormonal changes with menopause and age-related androgen decline).
