A postdoctoral opportunity is available at the ETH Laboratory of Toxicology with a focus on human gut microbial metabolomics. The project will involve the development and application of targeted and non-targeted LC-ESI-MS/MS for quantitative bioanalysis of small molecules in complex biological matrices. This position is centered on risk assessment of chemicals transformed by gut bacteria, but also offers the opportunity to collaborate in diverse aspects of research in the lab concerning environmental toxicants related to human disease, DNA damage and mutagenesis, and precision medicine.
