A Master or internship trainee position is available in the Metabolomics group at Nestlé Institute of Food Safety & Analytical sciences in Lausanne. The main activity will be to develop and implement an analytical method based on mass spectrometry to examine a specific class of molecules, which modulates the gut microbiota and regulates key biological functions. The aim will be to choose the most appropriate analytical conditions, to optimize instrument parameters and to test the method in a biological context.
